Hard resetting your Nokia C5

Basically, there are two types of resetting than can be done on a Nokia phone ; Soft resetting and hard resetting.
In soft resetting, the "Restore to Factory Settings" is used from the settings menu. It will not delete any contacts, calender entries or data that is in the phone.
But in hard resetting, we get the phone as it is newly brought from a store. All the applications, contacts, calender entries that are on the phone will be deleted and you have to reconfigure the phone again from startup(language selection and time settings)
 Hard resetting for our Phone is done by following steps

1. dial code *#7370#
2. the phone will ask for confirmation
3. After confirmation, the phone will switch off and restart.
4. Sometimes, the phone won't restart automatically. In such a case, Let the phone remain off for two minutes, and after that switch On manually. Keep the switch ON button pressed, untill the nokia Logo is displayed on the screen.
